We have had a deliciously self indulgent day today……

I was beginning to think that perhaps this “Chuck’s Challenge” thing that has rather now, become a daily “habit” so to speak, and was beginning to get a tad boring.

I was beginning to think that perhaps occassional mind blowing “eat the whole chocolate bar in one go” encounters were perhaps more to my taste than “small, daily nibbles” so to speak.

Well, perhaps not.. today I had my cake…and ate it!!!!!

And boy, do I feel full…..

As a tribute to Ed and our special anniversary, I am going to re-post this from way back.

For those of you who read it the first time - then hopefully it will still evoke a taste of that first time…. If you have not read it before - and I doubt if there are many of you - this is how it was.not a factual description - but in an account of our getting together that appeared here in this blog back in Jan 2006…

Thank you Ed. You always said that I rescued you. I always said that you validated me. And you still do.

Far too tired to post.

Time to negotiate a break perhaps?
